Fixed fees cover preparation, a focused session, and the stated follow-up. Complex coordination is quoted only after the scope is understood.

There is no checkout on this website. After confirming that the consultation fits your situation, we send appointment and payment details. A booking exists only when confirmed in writing.
When work needs a quote
Employer-sponsored group briefings, coordination across several family arrival dates, or follow-up with multiple internal employer contacts may need a tailored estimate. The estimate reflects preparation volume, number of participants, meeting time, and written follow-up. External legal, translation, recognition, government, travel, and accommodation charges are never bundled into our fee.
Changes and cancellation
You may move a confirmed session once without charge when notice reaches us at least 24 hours beforehand. Later cancellation and work already prepared may affect the refundable amount. The complete conditions appear in our refund and rescheduling policy.
