Privacy notice

What information we receive, why we use it, how long we retain it, and the rights available to you.

Controller and contact

Netorbitgrid is the controller for personal data described here. Contact: info@netorbitgrid.digital, +49 89 5550 6520, Level 10, 17 Karlstraße, Munich 80333.

Data we receive

Website inquiries may contain a name, email address, selected consultation, preferred timing, and the message you choose to write. A confirmed client may later provide contact details, billing records, appointment correspondence, and limited facts about employment, nationality, location, qualifications, employer support, and family timing where necessary for the agreed planning work. Please redact identity numbers, signatures, bank information, medical data, and unrelated confidential material.

The demonstration form on this static site posts to a mock response and is not intended to retain a submission. If you email or otherwise contact us, that channel’s normal delivery records apply. Basic server logs may include IP address, requested path, time, referrer, and user agent for security and operation.

We use inquiry data to respond and take steps requested before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); engagement data to deliver and administer a contract; invoices and mandatory records to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)); and limited logs to protect the site and diagnose faults based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional analytics would rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and are not activated by this implementation.

Recipients and processors

Data may be handled by hosting, email, video meeting, secure storage, accounting, and professional-adviser providers under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data. We share information with an employer, authority, lawyer, or other third party only when the service requires it and you authorise or instruct the disclosure, or when law requires it.

Retention

Unconverted inquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation working notes and correspondence are normally retained for three years after completion to address service questions and legal claims. Invoices and tax records are retained for the period required by German law, commonly ten years depending on the record. Security logs are normally retained for up to 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident. Consent records persist until removed or replaced.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Germany or the European Economic Area. Where that occurs, we use a lawful mechanism such as an adequacy decision, EU Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures, or another GDPR-permitted safeguard. You may ask for information about the relevant safeguard.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing; and complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. To exercise a right, email info@netorbitgrid.digital. We may need proportionate information to verify identity.

Automated decisions, children, and security

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. The service is directed to adults handling employment relocation, not children. We apply access controls, data minimisation, redaction guidance, and appropriate provider safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

Cookies and updates
