Flagship one-to-one consultation · Online or Munich office
Employer-sponsored relocation planning consultation
A structured review for professionals who have a German job offer and need a realistic sequence from employer sponsorship through arrival and onboarding.
Who this is for
This consultation is designed for a professional who has received, or is close to receiving, an employment offer in Germany where the employer expects to support the relocation. It is especially useful when the proposed starting date, notice period, consular process, family timing, and HR responsibilities have not yet been placed on one calendar.
The result
You leave with a written, dated roadmap that separates your actions from the employer’s actions and flags matters that require a German authority, tax adviser, recognition body, or immigration lawyer. The roadmap is planning guidance: it does not determine eligibility, submit an application, or guarantee an authority decision.
What the session includes
- Review of the offer’s location, start date, probation wording, relocation support, and dependencies.
- Discussion of plausible residence routes, such as an EU Blue Card or another employment permit, only to identify questions for the competent authority or legal counsel.
- A responsibility map for candidate, HR, hiring manager, consulate, foreigners authority, and any relocation provider.
- Timeline planning around qualification recognition where relevant, document gathering, notice, travel, accommodation, Anmeldung, insurance, and onboarding.
- A concise follow-up roadmap sent within two business days.
What is outside scope
We do not provide legal representation, certify documents, file permit applications, interpret tax residency, negotiate employment terms on your behalf, arrange housing, or contact authorities as your representative. When regulated advice is needed, we make the handoff point clear.
How it works
- Short intake: after your inquiry, we ask for non-sensitive facts: role, work location, nationality, current country, intended start date, and employer support.
- Preparation: you may provide redacted extracts from an offer. Remove passport numbers, bank information, signatures, and unrelated personal details.
- Consultation: a Netorbitgrid relocation adviser works through the sequence with you by secure video call or at our Munich office.
- Roadmap: within two business days, you receive priorities, owners, dependencies, and questions to resolve.
Preparation and constraints
Bring the proposed start date, your contractual notice period, degree or vocational qualification details, likely consular location, and what HR has agreed to support. Authority appointment availability and case-specific processing cannot be predicted. If your situation involves refusal history, complex family status, self-employment, or disputed eligibility, we may recommend legal advice before planning further.
Fee and next step
The fixed fee is €295 including VAT. Payment arrangements are confirmed after we accept the inquiry; this website has no checkout. Use the contact form to request a date, ideally before the employment start date becomes final.
