Terms of consultation and website use
The conditions for using this website and engaging Netorbitgrid for employment relocation planning.
Acceptance and provider
By using netorbitgrid.digital, you accept these website terms. A consultation engagement begins only when Netorbitgrid confirms scope, fee, and appointment in writing. Netorbitgrid operates from Level 10, 17 Karlstraße, Munich 80333 and may be contacted at info@netorbitgrid.digital.
Nature of the service
We provide practical planning consultations concerning German employment offers, employer support, relocation sequences, and arrival administration. Information is general and depends on the facts supplied. We are not a law firm, tax adviser, recruitment agency, immigration authority, document certifier, or housing broker. Our work does not replace legal, tax, or regulated immigration advice and does not guarantee a visa, residence title, job, appointment, property, or processing time.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current information; omit or redact unnecessary sensitive data; attend at the confirmed time; and verify case-specific requirements with the responsible authority or qualified professional. You remain responsible for applications, deadlines, contracts, travel, and decisions. Do not upload passport numbers, bank details, medical information, or unredacted confidential records through the inquiry form.
Fees, cancellation, and rescheduling
Fees and included work are stated on the relevant consultation page or written estimate. Payment terms are sent after an inquiry is accepted. Cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and work already begun are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The site design, original text, roadmaps, checklists, and consultation materials belong to Netorbitgrid or its licensors. You may save materials delivered to you for personal use in your own relocation. You may not resell, publish, remove attribution from, or use them to provide a competing service without written permission. Client-owned documents remain the client’s property.
Acceptable website use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, scrape substantial portions for republication, or use the mock form endpoint for automated traffic. External image and font resources remain subject to their providers’ terms.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care with our work but public rules, thresholds, forms, appointment capacity, and authority practice can change. To the extent permitted by law, Netorbitgrid is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, authority delay, employer decisions, travel costs, or reliance on outdated third-party information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement according to the written confirmation and refund policy. We may stop work where continuing would be unlawful, unsafe, outside competence, affected by abusive conduct, or dependent on information the client refuses to correct. Fees remain due for properly completed work.
Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while mandatory consumer protections in a consumer’s habitual country remain unaffected. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction where legally permitted. Consumers may use available statutory dispute routes; we prefer that concerns first be sent to info@netorbitgrid.digital so they can be reviewed.
Changes
We may revise these terms when services or law change. The effective date above identifies the version displayed. Confirmed engagements remain subject to the version incorporated into their written confirmation unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
